CREATIVE DIVAS

In today’s hectic world, lots of things take a back seat in the hustle and bustle of life.  But sewing doesn’t have to be one of them.  Grab a few of your girlfriends and come enjoy an hour with us as we teach you a quick project.  No sewing experience necessary!  Sign up for these fun sessions and release your inner designer.  Look for the Creative Divas in our class descriptions and on our calendars.

SEW KWIK

In need of some sewing help?  Join us for some fun demo lectures on assorted topics like hemming jeans, making binding, or appliqué in the hoop.  Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned sewer, these classes are fun and educational.  The topic changes for each session and some months have more than one session.  Check out the calendar for dates, times, and descriptions.

ALL ABOUT ME

This is a new in-store, virtual education event that Bernina is providing to us.  All About ME stands for All About Machine Embroidery and will include a 45-minute embroidery presentation by a Bernina educator followed by a hands-on program.  The Bernina educator will present embroidery tips and techniques while highlighting a project using those techniques and each program will target all embroidery machine owners regardless of brand.  These programs will occur early in each month.  There will be an evening program at 6pm on Thursday followed by an afternoon program at 1pm on Friday.  Note that there will not be a program in January or July.

BERNINA SOFTWARE SAMPLER PROGRAM

Each month, a Bernina educator makes a live on line presentation to demonstrate a software/embroidery technique.  Since it is an on line format, you can learn from the Bernina educator right in our store!  The session is on Saturdays and is a demo lecture only on that day.  These sessions will be on Saturdays at 1pm and will last about 2 hours.  If you want to attend a hands-on session to practice the technique, you can attend one the Monday following the demo lecture session at 1:30 or 6:30pm.  You must bring a laptop computer to participate in the hands-on class.  Note that there will not be a program in January or July.  Each student will receive a CD to use at home.
