Katy is leaving to pursue a career as a Dental Assistant. While we are sad to lose her, we realize this is best for her in the long term so we wish her good luck. We will leave this information posted for a while and then remove this page. She was our youngest employee. She had limited sewing experience but she had a wonderful background in computers and computer software. Since she grew up with computers, she had a thorough understanding of the technology. We were all delighted to see her learn more about sewing and to experience her enthusiasm as her sewing knowledge grew. On this page, we posted information on her sewing projects so you could see her accomplishments.
APRON PROJECT We sponsored an apron project in conjunction with the KKMI "Taste of Home Cooking School" where attendees made an apron to be judged. Of course, our staff made aprons for themselves.
Katy made an apron, too. These pictures show her laying out her pattern on the fabric she chose while she planned her apron.
