OUR MISSION

Our goal is to help people who sew and to inspire their creativity in all forms of sewing and embroidery.  We pledge to be honest and fair, and to treat our customers the way that we would like to be treated so that we establish long term relationships with our customers.

As a full service BERNINA dealer, we provide the following:

• One year of free service with purchase of new Bernette and BERNINA sewing machines, sergers, and embroidery machines

• State of the art service performed on site by a factory trained technician

• Free new owner classes with purchase of new Bernette and BERNINA sewing machines, sergers and embroidery machines; the number of classes varies based on machine model

• Free hands-on new owner classes with embroidery software purchase

• A knowledgeable and supportive staff to answer your sewing and embroidery questions and to help you solve any problems you might encounter

• Specialized embroidery support with in-depth knowledge of embroidery products and software

• An extensive variety of embroidery designs available at the store including the Embroidery Take Out Program

• A web site at sandissewingconnection.com that lists our monthly clubs and our wide variety of classes as well as store promotions and special events

• A friendly environment where you can meet other sewing enthusiasts

• A full range of BERNINA accessories, threads, embroidery supplies, and sewing notions
